minster What boggles my mind is that Nothing presented the Phone (1) at Art Basel in Switzerland. Yet don’t allow us to preorder the phone?

Why do we get left out?

Malaysia is the country where you apparently live?
You have indicated your location in your settings but it seems that Malaysia is not concerned by the pre-order possibility.

You say you can have drop off addresses all over the world, so write down an address that is compatible with the countries Nothing delivers to other than Malaysia and close to you so you can benefit from this pre-order.

If you want, post a list of countries where you could get delivery.

I understand your disapointment (HERE) but if I can help you.

I just got the “third” invite code from Nothing. (Investor from India)

First one was for myself which I utilized to obtain a pre-order pass.

Second email mentioned I could pass it on to a friend which I did.

Third one received today say’s “Patience pays off. Here’s your exclusive invite expiring on 30 June, 11:59 PM. Remember, availability is limited.”

While I am pleasantly surprised, I want to know whether this one can also be passed on to a friend or it would be linked to my account/email only?

Anyone having similar experience?

Did you ask to be on the waiting list before you could finally make your pre-order?
If yes, then it may be because of this request to be on the waiting list!

@Sib64 this is my case too. I have received this third code in total, the second one for me. Exactly the same thing happened. #confused

Sib64 Yes I had put myself on the waiting list before I received the code and pre-ordered.

However, that number is too high and keeps increasing with time, so I doubt it’s from that.

I’ll try passing it to someone and see if they can make use of it.

awarby69 Indeed I did, as I mentioned in one of my previous posts (https://nothing.community/d/906-topic-to-summarise-all-the-problems-related-to-pre-ordering/31). Unfortunately, I paid the first EUR 20 deposit without applying the original community code correctly and it put me on the public waiting list. Then I realized it and used the code properly, paying the deposit again, so now I have my valid community pre-order and also the public one, both active. So is this the reason for receiving the 3rd code?

Anyways, I have 2 active orders (never mind, I can “give” the 2nd one to someone and order the Phone (1) for them), and I have two community invites used (one for the StockX bidding - I used it, but didn’t bid enough, and the second one for the community pre-order) and there is the 3rd one which is active (attached picture) with more than 22 hours remaining before expiration and I have no clue what that one is for. 😅

And that’s the whole thing.

So, problem solved. I contacted the Customer Support, just to be sure all is fine and among other things I asked about this second email with a code, this was their reply:

Yes, it is just a second wave so every investor from our community who missed their first chance is able to apply in the pre-order process again.

So the 2nd code is just a hotfix for everyone who haven’t got the chance to use it during the weekend.
