My project was just approved! I’ve worked on it since I saw Kenta & Astrid’s incredible hardware design. I was instantly inspired and began working!
It’s called Starry Nothing and is a tech-infused reimagining of Van Gogh’s timeless art piece. But it’s really made to fit the hardware of the community edition - and because those lights on the back used to be in my bedroom as stars in the ceiling when I was a kid.
It’s really just made in Photoshop and drawing atop a whole bunch of shapes and swirls. Several days of coloring, editing and tuning.
Hope you like it and consider voting it through!!
I’m very much looking forward to seeing nice wallpaper proposals! )
Jesperbaek Feels like make by A.I.
But, not sure
Also, we should not choose any design made my ai as it would be ready made thing
Where can I see all the works of participants and see if my work was approved?

Inspired by the sleek aesthetics of the Nothing design language, I’ve curated a wallpaper collection designed to seamlessly harmonize with the Nothings Phone operating system. Embracing the Dot Matrix style, each image within the series is nothing more than a set of ‘dots’.
Tailored for the inquisitive mind, this series focuses on far fetched sci-fi concepts, AI was used to generate the sci-fi subject matter, subjects that are non existent, then with my custom developed process (built using P5.js) I reconstruct the image to create a new image that compliments the Nothing design language.
I hope you enjoy!
P.S. Feel free to generate your own images using my custom tool, here
@Rob It seems like there’s some concern about the delay in publishing wallpapers for the Stage 2 of the community edition project. Only five participant wallpapers have been approved and published on the webpage so far, despite previous stages, like the Hardware Design stage, seeing a lot more entries within a short timeframe. This delay raises questions about how participants are notified about the status of their designs and whether they’ve been approved or not. Please Respond
chandrasekaran_k Literally it’s a shame that even with the rules needed to follow. Some people have casually submitted and with no briefing of the work description. Even though they are approved. And we are getting sorry notice for saying your idea maybe rejected due to 3rd party source. Like seriously. Please look at it and try to find where are they derived from.
Hi guys, here is my submission:
