Fedex finally has them and it still hasn’t left HK. My delivery date is now changed to 24th. Ordered it on 27th July, so 1 month for the delivery.
I’d like to share a few thoughts I have since the launch.
The primary reason I invested in nothing is because of the community driven approach and the trust I had in @Carl
. I’m sorry to say, I haven’t been disappointed like this in recent times by any other company. It’s okay if we do not receive special treatment by the team. But regardless of being an investor/community member, as a customer, I wouldn’t support a brand who doesn’t deliver. It saddens me more being an Investor and I hope the customers are treated better. I truly believe, customer satisfaction should be the number 1 priority after products and it shouldn’t be compromised, whatever the cost.
Please if possible, try not to make false promises as part of marketing. If you’re not 100 percent sure, DON’T. Cause with the hype you created, people love the product even before experiencing it. And it doesn’t take much time for that love to turn into hate, especially with below par customer services. I’d have been 100 percent satisfied if it said “Pre-order for Investors” and the original time-frame was 1 month. In fact, I’d even be delighted, if I get it a couple of days earlier.
Improve social media game. Brands are now focusing more on customer services through social media and it works. I personally have experienced it, and it does wonders.
Now as an Investor, if possible try to engage more with the community here. The least we expect is response from the team, regarding any/all queries or discussion. I have seen many messages/queries from the community, left without response or getting response after days/weeks. Interact more with the community, otherwise there’s no difference between an official community platform and an unofficial one on reddit.
To sum up, I’ll continue supporting the brand but only till it has not lost its path. I don’t believe in supporting/defending a brand/organization for what it once stood for, as is the case with many “fans” supporting/defending their brands and proving their allegiance.
You can disregard this like any other message or you could use this to engage in more conversations with the community.
