Honestly, I think that your message is important as it provides detailed, constructive feedback. Hopefully they will read your words, since they provide information on how to improve the overall experience.
Like I mentioned before, I also ordered mine on August 17 and, if the delivery is not delayed, they should be here tomorrow, precisely four weeks since they were ordered.
Right now, you can buy them on their digital store, as promised by Nothing. And they’ll be shipped within one week. That’s all great, but the customers who parted ways with their money almost a month ago should have the product in hand before a new batch of open sales starts.
The only reason I can think of is that it’s related to the different markets - Canada and Europe. But again, only Nothing knows that answer, and like you mentioned, your experience with the customer service has not been the best.
