Yes, I just received this response as well. A huge disappointment!!
@David @Carl Whatās the point of even being an investor and given āearly accessā, if youāre only gonna get it during public sales. Never expected this from nothing. If thereās shortage of units and you canāt even meet the already known number of investors in your company, why give us false hopes. Thereās this saying in our country, āEven if you give an elephant, never give false hope to someoneā.
My experience with the company so far after the launch :
1. Non-existent customer support after multiple attempts through email, Twitter and Instagram.
2. Mislead to believe that investors will get early access.
I canāt stress this enough, this a huge disappointment and itās heartbreaking to see this coming from nothing. Thereās absolutely no excuse, like the company knows how many investors are there prior to the launch to meet the early access orders. Ff you donāt even have that small number of units, then why the early access?? And if itās cause of logistical reasons, again nothing would have known about it prior to the launch. I feel like @changename failed the community today.
P.S - This is not like a hate post or anything against nothing. I still love nothing for what it stands for and I hope this doesnāt repeat in the future. Iām just really disappointed.
