Anyone else missing a piece of their ear (a)

The microphone grill wasn’t glued onto the right earpiece unfortunately. Certainly doesn’t have any water/resistance I’m guessing. I’ve sent an enquiry to nothing support >48 hours ago, still waiting for a response.

Hi..I have a similar issue where the cover PC has dropped. I was wondering if this part can be replaced. For the price we paid, I would not have expected this PC to drop off. If anyone knows where we can get a replacement pc and how much it would cost.

How long does nothing support take to get back to a query? 3 days and waiting for a resolution on the matter. Complete radio silence….

Hi Lionell,

Mine just didn’t come with the part at all. I can tell that the glue is present but the grill/vent was never placed inside the hole.

I would think that it is a warranty issue. I just would like some answers, it is very frustrating being ignored. I’m surprised about the lack of support received.

Please let me know if you have any success getting any form of communication happening with nothing support.

I have just dropped them an email for support to see if I could just drop over to the service center for them to replace the missing part, It would have dropped off somewhere and I did not notice. A little too flimsy. WIll update here when I hear from them,

I was just told in 2 separate emails to keep the old pair, as they will shipping me a new pair free of charge. After being relieved and thankful thinking that the compensation is generous I receive an email update now stating that they have changed their mind and want the defective pair back too now. I’m back to being frustrated all over again. What an absolute joke! I think I would prefer a refund. Nothing deserve nothing from me.
