Screen Ratio as 20:9

I prefer 20:9 ratio and not 18:9. Phone screens should not only be meant for videos and YouTube. We do other stuffs like browsing, maps and other things and like to use most of the time vertically. 18:9 is kind of holding a remote

I completely understand what you are saying, as I too use my smartphone more to read maps (hiking or MTB runs), but unfortunately, the “average customer” (don’t see anything pejorative in this term) uses his smartphone to watch a lot of videos and YT.
And this is the vast majority of the current clientele. So you have to deal with it or look for a smartphone with this screen size.

Screen ratios are a tough one since there are so many different use cases for each ratio and each one has a pro or con on why that ratio is better. Hopefully in the near future as foldables become more mainstream we’ll get devices that have multiple ratios so we can have more options.

I think Opponents Find N does a great job but I personally would love if it was just a tad bit taller.
