Whatsapp media can't be downloaded

Downgraded to normal version from beta tester but problem still persist and even tried uninstalling the app and Installed again but doesn’t solved the issue

i also got the same problem. Documents cannot be downloaded since yesterday. I tried uninstalling the Whatsapp APP & reinstalling again but the problem still persisted.

I am unable to download pdf files only in WhatsApp since 2nd May 2024. I have Nothing Phone 2, OS 2.5.5 and whatapp is latest version without beta version. I have reinstalled whatsapp also but able to resolve the issue. Please someone help.

RohitSagar Same problem for me. Uninstalled the whatsapp and installed again. I have switched off the mobile and turn it on. Nothing is working. Its showing “The download was unable to complete. Please try again later”. Any help please?

My dad is facing a similar problem where he can’t download pdf files since may 2nd IST. Can you please fix this or help in troubleshooting steps. He has nothing phone 1 and updated to latest software.

Working fine here for me, try updating your WhatsApp and even using a beta version.

Same issue for me, tried removing all permissions and giving it back but didn’t work. Started facing this issue post Nothing OS 2.5.5 update only.

I guess they broke the permission of Storage. As I can see permission for Music & Audio and Photos & Videos.

There’s no permission for Storage which used to include all types of Documents.
