Whatsapp media can't be downloaded

Since yesterday I am facing issue in downloading WhatsApp documents it appears as download failed.

I have to reset the phone and after that problem resolved.

Do you find any solution

PrabhakaraRao just updated WhatsApp and it’s working now

Just now they have rolled out a new update, happy to say Issue has been fixed 😌😌

I had to check manually in play store and the update fixed the issue. Finally issue solve

try to restart your phone

delete whatsapp and reinstall it
