Nothing Ear - White noise in right earbud

Am zweiten Tag der Nutzung gibt mein rechter Ohrhörer ständig ein weißes Rauschen von sich, das sehr laut ist. Es verschwindet für einige Zeit in der adaptiven ANC-Einstellung und wenn ANC ausgeschaltet ist. Es ist so laut, dass es den Ton tatsächlich blockiert. Was ich bereits versucht habe: * Setzen Sie das Gerät zurück * Neustart * Keine App neu installieren * In-Ear-Erkennung ein-/ausschalten * Kombination aus allem oben

Ok and knowing that you can see this when do you think a response to support is likely? Presumably I don’t have to fill in that form if I have already submitted the issue twice in the app?

This keeps happening, Nothing ear, second day of use, the white noise is permanent in the right ear, even de battery drops faster.

Don’t rely on nothing for assistance, they never got back to me at all despite me contacting through here and the support section of the app. I did eventually go through who I bought it from and they provided me with a replacement set 2 weeks ago, at the moment it hasn’t happened again so just seek the replacement ASAP

I just got the Nothing Ear (a)s and unboxed them, got them connected and the app setup immediately. Didn’t even finish listening to 1 song and got blaring white noise out of the right earbud, then it started getting hot to the touch.

I put them back in the case and waited. Tried them again a couple min later the right earbud wouldn’t play music or connect…… I quite literally just got them. I don’t know what to do, return them?

WilliamHarrell_pX11wLGMB4 Return or replace them. Heating issues will definitely damage your ears
