Ich habe Ear 2 nicht verwendet, plötzlich funktionierte mein rechter Ohrhörer nicht mehr. Es liegt nicht an der geringen Ladung. Deshalb habe ich beschlossen, das Gerät von meinem Telefon zu entkoppeln. Ich habe versucht, das Gerät durch Drücken der Reset-Taste im Gehäuse zu koppeln, aber ich blinke nur eine Sekunde lang rot. Jetzt konnte ich mein Ohr 2 nicht koppeln. Wo liegt das Problem? Ich habe es gerade einen Monat zuvor von Flipkart mitgebracht.

MykhelSamuelSuyanto hello , try keeping the base for charging with the buds and hold press the button. I was able to reset it like that

FIX:

The issue is that you have to clean both the charging case as well as the earbud connector to the charging case. I clean it with alcohol, and after cleaning, it works.

The issue is that once it’s not properly connected, it thinks that it’s outside the case and cannot charge or pair.

YongKangChia Your advice helped me, i thoroughly cleaned the connectors on both the case and the headphones itselves, and after that they started to charge from the case i guess - it is really seems like the issue is as you have described.

I have Ear (a) and I’m facing exactly same issue. Right one started acting weird. Then I unpaired it from app. Now I’m not able to pair or reset. There is no red light just a stable white light for 2 seconds when lid is opened or button is pressed. Long pressing button does nothing. Anyone fixed the issue?

Its Almost 2 years now, and suddenly my right earbud stopped working, annoying redlight shows when i put it in case, it right one doesnt charge, i dont know what to do now @nothing-earbuds please look into this

So if one of the earbuds dies, you’re unable to enter pairing mode ever again, whoever made that choice is certainly a genius🤦 my left one just stopped working and then I realized after ressetting them that it just won’t go into pairing mode if both buds aren’t working in the case, now I just got a pretty paper weight

I had the same problem, and for me the cause was a bit silly: I found a tiny round magnetic piece stuck onto the charging contact of the left Nothing Ear (2) earbud. I have no idea if this piece belongs to the earbud, the powerbank, or if it just came from somewhere else and randomly got stuck there without me noticing.

It had shifted and ended up sticking to the charging contact, blocking the left earbud from charging. Once I removed it, the earbud started charging and pairing normally.

If one of your earbud isn’t charging/connecting, check that no small magnetic piece is covering the charging contact
