        Hello everyone, before the Nothing 2a, I also had an iPhone, or rather I was an Apple user. After all the positive videos on YT, I had to buy this device. I was also impressed by the price/performance ratio. I see things a little differently when it comes to the camera. The camera doesn’t take good pictures for me when I’m in a hurry. I just think the battery is great. I’m very excited to see what the Nothing P3 will be like. I was so impressed by the device that I sold my iPhone afterwards.

        Fractal the iPhone 12 pro the refresh rate and battery is a huge difference my iPhone 12 had like a battery health of 73% health so it would die every 5 hours the nothing phone I’ve haven’t had to charge it in the past 2 days. I got it about 7 or so days ago nothing did a really good on battery. The camera I compared it seems apples phones (the iPhone 12 pro) has a darker type of picture which I don’t like so I think it’s definitely got a better camera software then the older model phones but definitely not better then the iPhone 15 pro camera (a friend of my has an iPhone pro has a little bit better camera) stance but I think if it can take clear photos then it doesn’t matter. After using the phone quite a while I kinda do want to retract the speaker a little bit maybe it needed to get used but I still think the iPhones got the better speakers but other then that I think the nothing phone really prevails in almost everything else I like the feel of the nothing phone better the display is amazing the OS is pretty good (other then the Google products which I just disabled) the amount of features I went through it took me a couple days to make it personalized towards me and get use to the android environment.

          Ealesy101 The IPhone 12 pro and a guy that showed me the Phone I didn’t know much about the nothing phone he told me it’s like a OnePlus killer as all the employees left to work here or somewhere else (I didnt know much about the onePlus as I never had a OnePlus I’ve used apple since the IPod the original one that only played music) I then went from that to an iPhone 4 then a 7 then a 12 pro then now the nothing phone 2A. What I can say is that word of mouth referred as if you mention a phone that looks unique and employees move from this other phone company that used to be very good to this one and the website real got me interested so I was like enh why not buy one I got one off Amazon because I couldnt buy the 2A in America (maybe need to fix that) I think they are out of stock regardless the website looks word of mouth and the YouTube videos around all played factors in me purchasing the Nothing Phone though price also stands there the Nothing Phone 2A is one of the cheapest phones but also a extremely good phone. I will be next year purchasing the Nothing Phone 3 and will be giving a review on that aswell as the software and snappyness on the nothing phone is a lot better in terms of software (because apple sucks and basically evades your privacy and makes it impossible to install 3rd party apps unless you purchase a sideloading service or apple developer license). Can’t wait to buy the 3rd phone already haha.

              I have heard the 2a has been hard to come by in the states, I think due to the carrier compatibility over there. So well done for finding one!

                  neikees You can’t compare a 1300 USD phone to a 390 dollar one no but the fact that apple locks down their software is a complete joke also their alt store only being the in EU (and its also garbage) just fuels the fire. The Nothing Phone and Android does better on software the timer works in silent don’t have to pay for alarm ring tones get to install extensions in the web browser (Firefox) the better display (yes the nothing phone does have a better display then the 15 I’ve compared them side by side) the battery is close if not better depending on usage. The only thing the nothing phone lacks is the Camera the Speaker the CPU power (which btw the CPU metrics should be taken with a grain of salt as the software really hardens the performance of a phone) some things I do like better on apple is the apple pay google pay is okay but I think apple pay is better the keyboard on apple phones I really like, the android one is a bit clunky the copy and paste on android is a bit annoying. The password managers don’t auto fill on Android only the Google one they allow autofill. Overall I think if you’re an average phone user go with apple but if you want more out of your phone software wise go with the Nothing Phone or just own both phones and switch in-between them (atleast the battery is replaceable on the nothing phone) they both have their best of worlds but honestly sometimes it boils down on price why pay 4x the cost for the pro max max plus when you can buy a nothing phone and get a new experience something that isn’t so boring every phone apple has released in the past couple years only have a few additional features a couple hardware (Like a better AnTuTu score CPU) couple build changes a 4% better camera and a slightly better color reading on the display.

                      Ealesy101 They don’t sell the nothing phone at stores like carrier stores here I got my off Amazon since I knew my package would arrive without being thrown (FedEx). Hopefully there is a possibly that the USA can get their hands on the nothing phone 3 in stores by 2025! But if not going to Amazon again haha.

                          You can do all of these on any android phone, tbh.
                          But from all the other android phones out there, I guess nothing OS skin is the best android skin/ui. I dont own a nothing phone..yet.
