Issues with responsiveness [Phone 2]

I have found that my nothing phone 2 touch sometimes won’t click or responds while typing and scrolling

I told them about the touch problem on the Nothing phone 2
They keep telling me to go to the nearest service center and get it repaired
They do not think about the errors and bugs of the software used in their phone
How to get rid of this touch problem
Who should be told about this problem and error
Does my touch bother you at all?

There is no hardware problem or any fault in the manufacture in my phone 100% good

There are bugs and errors in the software they use

Touch is not working properly

The performance of the touch is not good when used normally while playing games

While using the phone in general, the touch is clicked once or twice
And in the game, if you hold on the fire button, it will stop in the middle of the touch

Every device has this issue i have two phones both have the same touch issue.

If everyone who has the problem makes their complaint to np support, they will have to take it even more seriously, but most people do not complain to np support even though there is a problem on the phone, so they do not take it seriously.

Even I have the same issue on my new nothing phone2. Touch is not responsive sometimes at some points randomly. I am seeing this issue from the Day 1. So, this is not the issue with tampered glass. I see this issue before and after applying the tampered glass. I thought only am seeing this issue. Glad that someone raised this issue already.

I hope this shouldn’t be a hardware issue and I wish Nothing should roll out some software update should fix this.

Np2s all have the same problem, only people are not aware of it. If this is a hardware problem, which seems to be, all users will feel this error even worse over time.
