It’s been 4months and 9 days since this issue was raised and still we didn’t get any update till now and when we tag the person who is incharge of the handling of our problem the mods strike us saying unnecessarily tagging the responsible party so what should we do dude if we don’t tag then when will we even get an update that there is some solution to this defect all we have gotten is your responsible party saying we are aware do you people really intend to destroy your new brand reputation via not writing a code for better touch responsiveness man really lazy and irresponsivearen’t you all

    First you strike me and say Don’t tag people and Flag the message now when I flag it your another mod strike me saying don’t misuse the flag feature what should I do dude flag or tag or something better should I sell this device

You’ve been told that the team are aware and are working on it - there is no need to tag team members asking for updates; they’ve already provided all of the information they have and you need to be patient as the dev team are working on the issue.

        Yes we need some response atleast …… this is not a good move considering the phone 2 is upper midrange device and costs so much money , and we trusted the company even if its new and see this is very much spoiling user expirence of everyone.

        Can we atleast know when will the response come and pls make this issue a priority .

          omer.e yeah man when I bought my Samsung table it used to not store Ram in. Background but they fixed it within first update np 2 is their pro device and the only device they have this year even after that the small issue has not been fixed and and its been more then 4 months already

          Is anyone there who had issues of responsiveness of touch screen previously on nothing phone 2, and now it has been resolved by doing something ??

          omer.e ok so problem is in all phones then why do we don’t hear about this on YouTube by the big creators they compelled us enough to buy this phone then why don’t the do anything about it

            I have visited service centre. The technician says there is no issue. But I know that issue is there, because I use the phone daily basis. Nothing India also need to improve service centre quality. They seems unqualified to me. @changename At least tell your customers that, is it Hardware issue OR software issue??

            I bought from Flipkart. Now I want to return my Nothing phone 2 because it is frustrating. So people, Is there any way to return my Nothing phone 2 ??

              NayanVajifiya yeah same here the service centre call some other dude everytime for anything they don’t have nothing official there on service centre and the service centre guy see my issue and say they can’t do anything as it is a software problem and they have done everything they can do about software so they say just wait how long do we wait as this ruin my phone experience every day

              NayanVajifiya there was for mine but I thought that it’s a good phone so I’ll just replace it and the problem would go but it didn’t and now I regret my discision on of buying this phone
