  • Voidcaller – A Nothing-Inspired Dialer App!

Amazing concept. I hope this gets published on the play store as soon as possible so all of us get to use it.

Vivek Bhimani hi dude, please make sure that the void caller app doesn’t have any glitches like the previous nothing inspired dialer called N dial. Because it has some imperfections such as screen fluctuations when switching to recent call section, proximity sensor left on even after the call ends. We have to remove the application from recent apps to disable the proximity sensor. So please be legit about the application quality and functionality.

shaikKarim I guess it will be very much bug free than N Dial. For N Dial we had to build the app from scratch meaning that it never was tested with any mobile phones before. And the UI is completely different than most dialers out there. However Void uses open source dialer codes and has google contacts as a management system so its way streamlined.

We still have a lot of work to do with N Dial and we hope to take it slow and steady as we have learned from our mistakes and customer feedback. Our team has grown from 2 to 5 so thats a bonus. But fingers crossed. Looking forward to Void Caller as the next dialer.

Love this improvement! Had a lot of critique on the first concept-app (N-dialer, from what I can remember). As Darren said, devs copying the Nothing style often overdo the Ndot font.
Void caller, however, looks awesome! Great concepts, hope to see a logical implemention of swipe gestures as opposed to the rather confusing controls that N-dialer had.

TheDocHudson We learn every day. With the new changes, we are meeting at the common grounds of the users. At the same time we dont want to make it look like the rest of the dialers. So the core element is still there, but just more functional. N Dial was never supposed to be for everyone, this is for someone like NOTHING, a little different. Remember how Nothing was challenged for being different. And they still are. Thing is, theres always a chance to grow and learn. And we are doing the same. We have a certain vision and we are following in that direction. Good or bad, time will decide.

Ali Fakhruddin We would like to clarify that VoidCaller is entirely built from scratch by our team. While we initially considered using open-source code for privacy reasons, we ultimately decided against it to ensure a fully unique and secure experience for our users. Please don’t spread fake claims that we are using open-source code or similar resources. Our team has worked hard to develop this app independently, and we look forward to delivering a reliable and innovative dialer for everyone.

CMF1_hacker We’re working hard to perfect the app to ensure it delivers a seamless and bug-free experience. Once we’re confident it meets our quality standards, we’ll share an update on the timeline for its availability on the Play Store. Stay tuned, and thank you for your support!

No need for another dialer, Google Dialer is all we need. I hope we don’t start getting duplicate apps of everything like Samsung and One plus

KarlKeppler Voidcaller isnt just another dialer it’s a Nothing style app designed to replace Google Dialer with its own unique features and minimalistic design. It aligns with the Nothing ecosystem, offering a fresh, tailored experience with exclusive functionalities , rather than duplicating existing apps. It’s all about giving users more choice and individuality.
