SanderVis I am very interested in the Nothing 3a, but I use Android Auto on my motorcycle on a daily base. So using a cable isn’t an option. Can’t be that hard to fix this probleem? Pls don’t make me buy a Samsung phone 😉
BernatNavacerrada I’ve been experiencing the same issue with my NothingFont 3a (PRO), which I bought recently. I can’t get it to connect with Android Auto in my 2021 Skoda Kamiq. From what I can see, the system identifies the device as “Volcano QRD-SN…” instead of recognizing it as a Nothing Phone (as it does in Bluetooth connection). I’m not sure if this is what’s causing the USB connection problem, this id isn’t the same of Bluetooth connection.

RambaRal Having the same issue with my Nothing Phone 3a. Tried all the above fixes and no luck. Had I known about this but I wouldn’t have bought the phone - I drive a lot for work so sadly it’s a big deal for me. Ford Focus 2020.

david_kentsbeer47 Same problem here, only got the 3A Pro yesterday, it worked the first time, but today it won’t connect, tried various cables, the wife’s Samsung works ok so it’s the phone that has a problem, this phone will get returned if they don’t fix it quickly.

chimd I’m in the same boat. Got my Nothing phone 3a pro 2wks ago and have been trying to connect android auto (wired connection) to my Kia Sportage 2017. Not the cable or the car’s fault (as it connects all good with my google pixel 6pro and iPhone 15). Tried all the above suggestions but no luck. Any luck on this? First time to use nothing phones and I hope this one isn’t a deal-breaker (it’s beginning to be already on my end).
