Are the mobile banking apps, Paytm, Phone Pe etc working OK after the update?
Would be grateful if some one checksv & responds

I just received notification regarding nothing os 2.5 update , so should i need to reset all data of the phone before or after update , is it necessary to reset , any other precautions regarding to update?

Finally received Nothing OS 2.5.1 for Nothing Phone 2 Malaysian Set,should we factory reset the device?
VishnuManjeri So far no issues in my devices as i received the updates few hours ago.
YugesWaran If you have the time and patience to restore all data after a reset then yes as a reset always good idea once in awhile.

After Android 14 stable update my OS crashed multiple times,so I restart my device multiple times in a day
Please check this issue nothing campare with iPhone but nothing OS not functioning properly.
I feel my I am using 20 k phone not 50 k.multiple YouTuber says nothing phone 2 Software is best but I think it is paid promotion.

I also got the update from India…. But didn’t get any of the features mentioned in the update nothing os 2.5
Frew bugs are there when I updated the Android stable 2.5.1 update…..
- Sometimes when I try to open the keyboard, back touch is not working. I first have to close the keyboard and then back button works.
- When I try to open the dialer app and type any name I want to call and click on call option it does not work I try to close the keyboard and then click on call option.
- Call is dropping after this update and sometimes sim signal is not showing.
Please look into this @Update Name
