Anonymous932 next model? If they can’t or won’t fix their first, the second model is an absolute no go for me. For now, many of us wasted roughly 300 bucks for a headphone that got taken away the best features it was sold and is still marketed with. People here asked over and over to roll back firmware or fix the downgrades the firmware brought with it, and now there’s an update that apparently does nothing but give false hope?
My personal faith in this company has lowered once again, while it started off strong. Their customer support feels AI generated, 2 months of silence on an expensive device that’s practically broken from the features it is marketed with, practically one small update from the team after almost 2 months, and I feel that’s only the case because people here started to comment on their X post about this headphone being paperweight atm. The idea alone it had to come down to such lengths to get their attention about a broken device is wild. This community forum isn’t only for us consumers, but for them to build and reflect on, and keep the community engaging and making them feel heard about complaints. This thread on update 1.74 is active since it launched with comments about how shit it is and people announcing they’re returning their pair because Nothing is way too silent and unresponsive about their mistakes with this headphone.
Alright, rant over, hopefully we’ll see an actual update some day with actual fixes.
