OFn I get where you’re coming from and yeah, Nothing OS 4 might not look like a big jump over 3.x, and you’re right that the beta builds can be unstable. But I don’t think it’s fair to say people are just “whining” for wanting the latest Android version.
Even if Nothing’s UI changes are small, Android version upgrades bring important under-the-hood improvements like security patches, bug fixes, privacy controls, background process management, and better support for newer apps. Those things matter, even if they’re not flashy.
Wanting updates doesn’t mean someone doesn’t understand the basics, it just means they care about getting the most out of their device. And yeah, reporting bugs in 3.x is definitely useful too, both things can coexist.
