Bruh! Are you for real? What else do you need? He shared the issue, how and when it happens (when it switches to full screen). He even submitted log through feedback tool and got generic reply from the support team and attached them on that thread. What else do you need?
And why should a customer should provide a solution? Isn't it the responsibility of the brand?
I'm going through a serious issue with my (3a) pro. It randomly shutting down whenever I try to connect the charger. Since it's random I can't able to capture the logs and I don't carry a secondary device all the time when I submitted the feedback and mailed them it got nowhere. They asked me to take it to the service centre and it got worse.
They don't even have their own service centre and they tie-up with other multi-brand service centre and those people are very inexperienced and they scratched the back glass and the worst part—It still turns off whenever I connect a charger.

When their support and the service centre itself is bad, what else do you expect? You expect people to praise the brand??
