As someone who is currently on the beta firmware, I want to stand up for the people that are still on the stable firmware with those problematic properties. Even two months after the beta release, people on the stable are still listening to a sound signature that almost a single digit dollar/euro headphone from temu could do better, and honestly, I feel bad for those people. Beside that, I could imagine KEF as a partner isn’t happy with the current state of the sound as well.
Nothing, please just release the update, or at the very least give a heads up on what you guys are cooking.
It’s all fun and games that you all are making the dream phone of IShowSpeed and reacting to TikTok slop for content on YouTube. But that isn’t helping the people that actually bought your product and having trouble with it!
Nothing, you already have the beta firmware on the shelf, release it for the people that need it the most and give the community their rightful sound signature.
There’s comment after comment, one after another, on the .80 update post. About people wanting and going to return their product. Replacing it with other brands, due to the lack of engagement and updates on the matter.
This is costing you guys more money than it ever needed to be. People are stacking reviews since the crash on the Bass enhancement, and remember that most will stay up, dumping the sales of this pair of headphones. People that had trust in this brand are gonna keep their distance for sure after this whole incident, and it’s sad.
TLDR: release the Beta as Stable, keep whatever you’re cooking as an upcoming update above it, don’t let people wait any longer ffs.
