RapidZapper I see, what functions have you played with? Have you been able to make a custom aod picture? Looking at how the watch text positioning and size seams to be defined by:

And the different configs seem from a quick look to change these numbers, that is then of course encoded in some way into the watch binary. I would love to see if I could help you out in any way with this but I understand if that is not needed.
Since you have extracted the filesystem of the device; do you happen to know what is the underlying OS? I feel I have seen this layout so many times and I am pretty sure it is only a skin/whitelabel thing.
