I have been having exactly the same problem with my Nothing 2a phone and cmf nothing watch pro 2 for the last couple of days.
The phone just completely disconnected, blue tooth will detect the phone, but the nothing x app will no longer sign in.
Occasionally it will start to connect and then connection will fail at 8%.
I have tried all of the steps above but this has not worked.
This includes clearing cache and all data from the nothing X app. Uninstalling the app, doing a factory reset on the watch, resetting the time and reinstalling the nothing X app from Google play.
It still will not connect to the watch, and the app will still not sign into my account despite sending the one time security code to my e-mail it simply will not log on.
I have used the same details to sign in and comment here?
This needs sorting ASAP if not then nothing have just rendered all of their own accessories/companion devices useless on their own phones?
