Unable to login Nothing X - help

It does not work for me neither

Phone 3a and CMF watch 3

Looks like it is not possible to log in nothing account and stay connected.

Rarely, it seems to try to connect with the watch but it fais after 5%. When I try again, it says I have to log in my North account.

Nothing servers overloaded ?

I finally fixed the Nothing X login problem!

What finally worked was removing my Nothing account from the phone and then logging in again. After that, I was able to log in to Nothing X and pair my smartwatch normally.

Hopefully this helps someone else with the same problem!

in settings i searched for: nothing account, and deleted the catche.

i was then able to normaly login into the nothing x app.

Daniel I can confirm that it works. Settings -> PASSWORDS, PASSKEY’S AND ACCOUNTS -> tap on nothing account and remove. Navigating to accounts settings, removing and adding it back fixes it (p.s. don’t bother signing in on settings page. Go to the accounts settings to fix it)

For actually listing all the steps and how to navigate the settings. This also worked for me. Just a shame the Nothing support team have been unable to identify why this happened, and the advice they gave i.e. do a factory reset on the watch and uninstall and reinstall the nothing X app actually made it worse and gave me a watch that no longer displayed the time.

Thanks to you, and despite the poor advice, and basically incorrect instruction from nothing I now have a working watch again after approximately 4 days.

for me the fix was creating a new account, which for some reason logged me in as my normal account, which I am using now. now I can log out and log in with my normal account.

Dear Nothing Community,

The support team shared a simple solution with me, and it worked!

Here are the steps:

Go to your Phone Settings (not the Nothing X app settings).
Log out of your Nothing account. (Note: If it asks you to log in first, log in and then log back out).
Restart your phone.
Log back into your account via Phone Settings.
Open the Nothing X app.

In my case, Nothing X logged in automatically and re-connected/bound my watch. If it doesn’t do it automatically, just log in manually within the Nothing X app.

Give it a try—I hope this helps you all enjoy using your devices again!

I had done that a few days ago, and I was able to log in and then re-pair my Nothing Ear buds, My Nothing Headphones 1, and then once again pair my CMF Watch 3 pro. Then today, I was somehow logged out of Nothing X again, and the Watch 3 pro disappeared. Fortunately, it was easy to log back in. The Watch settings were all restored. But something fishy is going on from the Nothing X server side. Why have I been logged out twice in a week, both times with Watch 3 Pro pairing removed?

JonBek this has also happened again to me. I noticed my watch stopped getting notifications. Same as you, easy enough to fix but annoying that it’s a recurring problem.

I have encountered this issue this morning.

Before I remove my Nothing log-in from device and follow the steps above. Has anyone had any issues with Essential Space after removing your account details from your phone?

Currently running Nothing X version 3.7.3, which ironically had the change log of “Bug Fixes”. Seems like this bug is here to stay.

EDIT - Attempted the steps laid out above, but no improvement on my end, unfortunately.

I went on the Nothing X app this morning as I always do first thing all was ok. I checked for any updates and saw there was one, so I downloaded it. It was then I saw only the audio products I have, not Watch 1 and 3. I was asked to log into my Nothing account, which after a password update,I managed to do and the app then showed both watches and I was able to reconnect without issues. Thankfully mine was an easier process than some of the other people here had, but it’s strange that there seemed to be various different solutions to a common problem of logging into our accounts. It doesn’t make sense really?

MarkG13 - that’s positive news!

Unfortunately when I click on my Google Account to log in, I get a spinning wheel for a second and then nothing. Process just seems to stop and I rinse and repeat without any success.

Hopefully this doesn’t last a while.

SpeedySeale Oh no that’s a shame. I hope they can sort things out soon. It’s making me think twice about installing any future ones.

SpeedySeale did you definitely remove your nothing account and not your Google account? Is the nothing account that seems to be the issue

The first problem (the watch is unable to connect to the app becouse you cant sign in to the app with the nothing acc) is repeating. i solved it once by deleting nothing account from the phone. it happned again but i fixed it in againg with the same solution.
