INTRODUCTION
SUPPORTED MODELS: ALL except Phone (3a) Lite and Phone (4b) for now
Before the yapping, here is a quick showcase of how my Phone (3a) reacts when mum is calling. The mp3 was imported, converted into a custom glyph ringtone and set as contact-specific in about 5 seconds.
TL;DR : Glyph Studio turns any audio file into a real Glyph animation. Import an mp3, pick a preset, hit generate: a few seconds later you have a Glyph ringtone you can set for a specific contact. It also runs live on your system audio or your mic, and it keeps going with the screen off or the app closed. Every Glyph model is supported, Glyph Matrix included. Free, fully offline, no account.
Glyph Studio came from an issue I felt since day 1. The Glyph interface is one of the key distinctive features of the Nothing design language, and its potential stayed untapped for too long, as the projects the community keeps building show. Luckily the Nothing team’s Glyph Dev Kit changed that, so here is what Glyph Studio can do.

DASHBOARD
Tap the big button in the center to start live music visualization, which keeps running even if you exit the app or turn off the screen. Right now there are 4 presets for each non-matrix model and 12 for Glyph Matrix models, and I’ll keep adding more. Other than system audio you can pick party mode, which turns your microphone into the source. Everything runs locally, nothing is stored or sent to any server, no account needed. Every model is supported: Phone (1)'s live visualization was unlocked thanks to @adbo , whose greatly appreciated time and patience got Glyph Studio an official Nothing API key
Settings are accessible from here aswell: the 3 UI skins, other customization options, credits, privacy policy.
Live visualization is also one tap away from two widgets (resizable 1×1 to 3×3) and two quick settings tiles, no need to open the app every time.

GLYPH
The killer feature. Import an mp3, wav… (stored in your completely offline library), choose a preset and tap the big GENERATE button. A couple of seconds later the glyph file is in your library and playing, lighting up the glyphs in real time. Below the preview you can set it as default ringtone, contact-specific ringtone or default notification.
As far as I’m aware, for the first time ever you can generate, store and play glyph files without a time limit, even hours-long ones (non-supporters have a 5 minute limit per song).

VISUALIZER
Visualize your music files while they play, with various styles to choose from (the Nothing UI has a couple of unique ones). If a glyph file is playing, the glyph visualization option gives you a preview of what the back of the phone looks like.
You can also record from your microphone straight into your library, fun for silly notification sounds you can set as your glyph notification without leaving the app.

LIBRARY
All your files, split into OGG (glyph files) and NON-OGG. Tap one and it opens in the visualizer and starts playing. The 3 dots give you Download, Share, Delete, Set as default notification, Set as default ringtone, Set as contact ringtone. The + button imports from local storage, long pressing activates multi-selection.
Yes, playlists: even glyph files, played in auto shuffle and looped once they’re over. From this tab you can also manage all the contacts you set a specific ringtone to.

TRIM
Trim any kind of file through sliding handles, playing it back as you adjust. Trimming zoom keeps expanding the trimmed zone so you can be surgically precise on long files. Deleting a file from the library also deletes it from your local storage.

Free, entirely offline, no account, nothing uploaded anywhere.
• Free version: one short rewarded ad unlocks live visualization for 12 hours, one more to download a file you generated or trimmed. Glyph files up to 5 minutes.
• Supporter (one-time €3 / ~$3): no ads at all, the Nothing UI and Material UI skins, and no length limit, so full tracks up to two hours can become glyph files.
