I have contacted in the same way as well.
I got a call from them explaining the rates for replacements, also mentioned that the replacements are not available currently. It is been over a month, no further assist from their side.

Yeah, they should provide replacement as they have done earlier. Atleast for a reasonable period after the date of purchase.
They are providing giveaways based on YouTube comments and all. I think they should be giving support to the existing customers.
I have contacted the support. The last update from their side was they have escalated the issue. And will get back to me soon. No update since then.
My Nothing Ear(2) is 15 months old. And it’s ear piece is torn apart already (issue with the glue).
The service centre and the customer support is asking me to buy a new one at full market price as they don’t have any spare or any other means to support me.
I am a loyal nothing customer. Owns Phone (1) from the date of it’s launch along with ear (2), nothing 45 W charger, the new cable, cmf 65 W GaN charger and the cmf watch pro 2.
I don’t see any help from the customer support. Is there any way to help me out.
If I can get my hands on Phone 2a, It will be my first Smartphone with MediaTek inside. Bought the Phone 1 by pre-booking, and haven’t had any regrets about that. loved the Phone 2(My Friend’s), and had an experience using it, It felt better than its predecessor by the feel, by the display, by the sound quality. And I am eagerly waiting to see how the Phone 2a can be better than forerunners.
I expect a resurrected beauty like amber, a precious priceless fossil with a strong rock strength.
I am not going international here. Would love to some collaboration with regional composers. Collaboration with Anirudh Ravichander (India) would be a worthy one. I dont want to brag, just hear and feel it. YouTube Link
