MonsheWhisky im doubtful that they would have such a policy or scheme but is sure am hoping to exchange mine.

Sambhrant after the most recent update as of april 16, the performance is alot better.
The phone does lag a lot for me in basic tasks such as opening the camera which i didnt expect from a brand new phone.
