I’ve had my nothing phone 1 for a couple of months and it’s been a pleasant experience overall. Battery is decent, though if course it depends on usage. I feel like they could have put in a 5000mAh cell without too much hassle, shame they didn’t. This is the first phone I’ve ever owned with wireless charge and I love that feature even though it’s only 15W! Camera is good, UI is clean… it really feels like stock Google but with a cool twist.
I’d say go for the 12/256GB model in white.
Overall I recommend this phone!
I’ve had my nothing (1) phone for about a month. I absolutely love it. I’m not a big camera person, so I can’t really comment about that, but social media? I’m on it a lot, and I only really recharge quickly at night if I’m going to go out after work. Fast charging is awesome so for me I am not fussed if I charge later in the day if need be. Today I haven’t charged yet and I’m close to 13 hours without a charge.
It’s been almost 1 year using Nothing phone (1) and it’s Amazing! What a phone man! crazy! I love it. the widgets, features, and especially the UI experience, it’s so cool. Thank you for making this amazing tech Carl and the whole team!

Welcome to the Nothing Community!
Community members are encouraged to connect with one another and the team here at Nothing to discuss everything from products to design philosophies, the future of technology, and everything in between!
The community is split into several discussion board categories, and to help you get started, here’s a little overview of what to expect in each of them:
Nothing Community Guide: As you might expect from the name, this category contains all of the information you need to get started here in the Nothing community. Be sure to check out the Community Guidelines and the FAQ before you dive further in.
Newsroom: This is where you’ll find updates direct from the team on the company, our products, and information specific to this private forum. You’ll also find a welcome note from Carl, our co-founder and CEO.
The above categories are where you’ll find posts from Team members only. Underneath these are a number of categories open to the community – discussion boards where you can post messages, start threads and respond to other users. If you’re looking for a good place to start, head over to the welcome thread and introduce yourself. We’ve also got dedicated boards for the following:
Nothing Phone Series: This is a space for talking about our smartphone products. As we release more products, we’ll create further subcategories. You can see there’s already a few sub-category tags for Nothing OS, Phone (1) and Phone (2), use these to keep your posts organised.
Nothing Ear Series: Similar to above, this is the space to talk about our audio products, including Nothing X. Again, try to use the correct tags where possible.
Community Help: Have questions about the community? Want to ask your fellow community members about an issue with your device? Drop a message here.
Everything Else: This board is for everything else, including chat about technology and design, but also to share any community feedback and your ideas on what Nothing should work on next.
Please utilise the correct discussion boards for your threads where possible, it just helps to keep things tidy.
Bonus tips!
To see all of the latest discussions in one space click the globe icon labelled All.
The Community also has a Private Discussion feature, which can be accessed via the envelope icon. Additionally, you can start a private conversation directly from a fellow members profile
Be sure to check and configure your profile Settings - particularly your notification preferences!
You’re now ready to start joining conversations and starting your own threads!
