Nothing Ear(a) Battery drain issue & worst service centre experience








Dear Nothing Customer Service Team,
I am writing to formally raise my concern regarding the unsatisfactory experience I had at your authorized service centre in Surat for my Nothing Ear (a), which is still under warranty.
The issue I reported was that the left earbud is not working due to a battery-related problem. However, instead of addressing the core issue, the service staff pointed out a minor surface stretch (less than 5mm) and unreasonably considered it a “crack” and “physical damage.” Based on this, they refused to process my warranty claim. They didn’t even checked & try to repair the buds & just refused for replacement.
This reasoning is neither justified nor acceptable, as the minor stretch is purely cosmetic and has no logical connection to the internal battery issue I reported. The refusal to honor the warranty under such grounds reflects poor service standards and has left me extremely dissatisfied with both the behaviour and the response of your service team.
I request you to:
1. Reassess my case and arrange for a fair resolution/repair/replacement of the earbuds under warranty.
2. Provide clarity on your warranty policy regarding such superficial scratches that do not affect product performance.
3. Take corrective action to ensure such unjustified refusals do not happen to other customers.
As a customer who trusted the Nothing brand, this experience has been highly disappointing. I strongly urge you to look into this matter on priority and provide a satisfactory resolution.
Looking forward to your prompt response. I’ve also Mailed on your service ID but still nothing helps. I’m attaching the photos of my earbuds for your reference to let you know, How fraud & misleading your service Centre persons are.
I’m just Frustrated with your Bad quality products & service centre facility.
