RanaSatyamSingh The compass is very much inaccurate. Whenever I activate it, it pinpoints the same direction (north obviously) at different angles each time I activate it. Please nothing team, fix this bug/glitch/malfunction whatever you say it.
Nothing_User I got myself a brand new CMF Phone 2 Pro. And tried to add a Compass widget on lock screen, but the compass is not calibrated. I even gave it full location permission, but every time I click it to see the direction, it just shows random east north direction.
kuniyoshi Any solution to the compass widget sometimes displaying what I expect would be true north, but sometimes showing E or even WNW?
jrmix Same issue here, brand new CMF phone 2 pro, compass widget (and all other map apps) are completely off when it comes to NSEW orientation. So I’ve heard about weird figure of 8 mystical calibration stuff but couldn’t make it work… anyone ?
RickyTips Compass widget on phone3 has a location thing which gives coordinates and height above sea. When I’m upstairs it reads 191.5ft(lol isn’t this a European company) and downstairs reads 193ft 🥴 haha
