Dear Nothing Phone Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report a persistent connectivity issue I’ve been facing with my Nothing Phone 3A, which I purchased two weeks ago. Despite having excellent 5G coverage in my area, I am experiencing significant issues with my internet connection on this device. To provide more details: Device and SIM Information: I am using an Airtel 5G SIM card in Slot 1. Games and Applications: I have installed BGMI, Call of Duty, and a few other games. The issue persists while gaming, as well as during general internet usage like browsing or watching YouTube. Symptoms: 1\. The internet signal randomly drops and after 15-20 seconds, it returns to normal. 2\. While gaming, my ping fluctuates significantly, even though I have fast 5G data with unlimited usage. 3\. While watching YouTube or browsing, videos start buffering or loading intermittently. 4\. I frequently see a "!" symbol next to the signal bar, indicating connectivity issues, which was not present on my previous device (Realme GT) where I had no such problems. Troubleshooting Steps Taken: 1\. I have tried removing and reinserting the Airtel SIM card multiple times. 2\. I have reset the access point settings. 3\. I tested the phone with a BSNL SIM card, but the same issue occurred. 4\. I have ensured that the phone is updated to the latest software version. Despite these attempts, the problem remains unresolved, and the connectivity issues are ongoing. This situation is particularly frustrating given that I have access to strong 5G coverage in my area and had no such issues with my previous phone. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or solutions you can provide to help resolve this issue. Additionally, if this is a known problem, I kindly request that you assist me in reaching out to the Nothing support team for further investigation or a software update that may address this connectivity issue. RayyanAzeem if you’re in india and using Airtel… there will be 5g issues… almost no solution…you can try enabling 5g only…if it works…works…otherwise try some other carrier or switch to jio…

I’m having the same problem, in the UK. Very annoying, with the error message on screen. I’ve reported to Nothing, and they were of little help, just assuming it’s an internet problem. It isn’t it’s a phone problem that Nothing needs to fix

My recently purchased nothing phone 3a pro has some issues relating to network. The network gets automatically disconnected and allows only emergency calls. To reconnect I have to reset my device which is the only way I can get the network back.plz suggest what to do.

Hi Nothing Team,

I recently bought the Nothing Phone (3a Pro) and I’ve been facing an issue with call connectivity. When someone calls me and I miss the call, if I try to call them back within the next minute, the call doesn’t connect. I’ve already checked with my network provider, and there are no issues on their end.

Could you please help me resolve this problem?

How is the coverage in your region compared to here?

Anonymous978 The Nothing team seems to have reduced the network performance after the Nothing OS 3.1 update. Since then, the internet speed and connectivity have become unstable — it often pauses for a few seconds randomly. This issue can only be fixed through a future software update from Nothing.
