I would like to share a serious network issue I am facing with my Nothing Phone (3a), mainly to check if other users are experiencing the same problem and to create visibility for the engineering team.

Device: Nothing Phone (3a)
Country: Bangladesh
Carrier: Grameenphone (GP)
SIM: Single SIM
Nothing OS: Latest available update

❗ Issue Description
4G/LTE data works perfectly
But calls fail completely
When the phone tries to:
Incoming and outgoing calls do not work
The same SIM works perfectly on other phones, so this is not a SIM or carrier-side issue.

🔍 Technical Findings (Important)
From diagnostics and logs:
- IMS status:
- IMS registered: ❌ Not registered
- VoLTE: ❌ Unavailable
- VoWiFi: ❌ Unavailable
- UT interface: ✅ Available
This means:
👉 This strongly points to a modem / radio (baseband) firmware issue, likely:
Regional band mismatch for legacy networks, or
Incomplete carrier profile for Grameenphone Bangladesh

❓ Purpose of This Post
I’m posting to:
Check if other Nothing Phone (3a) users (especially in Bangladesh or similar regions) are facing:
- 2G/3G fallback failure
- VoLTE / IMS not registered issue
