Hi nothing,

I discovered your company a few months ago and absolutely fell in love. I’m hoping that my next phone can be the 3a pro, I have already got the cmf watch pro 2 and cmf buds 2a.

Before I discovered nothing I was looking at oppo phones and Samsung but then I saw your brand as a whole and it changed my mind entirely.

Now, I’m not saying that nothing is perfect, there is definitely room for improvement. I’ve only recently figured out that your history isn’t very public, as in how the brand was formed, and how the future ideas are still extremely open compared to other brands and we appreciate this but personally I feel as if it could be more open.

My ideal career for the future would be in the tech industry, I’ve already started making full sites and programs but because of my age I’m very restricted. Because I’m 15 (16 soon) I don’t really have access to better technology no improve my skills for the future.

For a while now I’ve been wanting to redesign your main website because I feel as if it lacks slightly, and definitely performs poorly.

I was hoping that by posting this I was hoping that you might maybe notice me and take in some of my ideas. I would absolutely love to co create with you too!

Please reply and don’t just disregard because of my age or whatever. Just be aware that I may not reply quickly… 🫣 (secret shame).

I am impressed. I usually have around 50-60 university tutees at one time and I highly recommend an approach similar to what you’re using now.

Having said that, why limit yourself to NOTHING TECHNOLOGY LTD and why not look for any unpaid internship/volunteering across the UK.

I always ask my tutees where they live and some have better access to such firms if they live in a decent sized city and/or have rail access to the Golden Triangle.

I have an idea of where you’re located and staying cheap (close to home) provides only one to two viable urban areas where this process would work. Thus, given your age, I would stay local to those areas and look for volunteering and/or an in internship.

I take quite a few from local colleges where I am, just to get them that lack up in gaining employment/university-entrance later on and it makes a huge difference.

Thus, keep on doing exactly what you’re doing but more of it in a broader manner and ignore an naysayers!

Edit: I recently looked back as my first cover letters and CVs for internships back from my first personal CV in 1996 (on MS Word 95) and I like I’m on CV version 200+ now. Never stop! This is an interesting aside as these are the things one thinks about when raising children. I don’t particularly think that the quality of life in SE England is that high compared to the rest of the world but the quality of education and opportunity is extremely high globally and firms are quite risk-tolerant compared to most globally. I would try to get closer to Greater London or the Golden Triangle via extended family if I was in your position.

CMF1_hacker thank you. I just love nothing as a brand rly and have recently been offered unofficially an apprenticeship but it’s not what I’m looking for rly.

Unfortunately I live in Pembrokeshire, Wales so I’m really limited and I dont drive so I can’t get anywhere unless i can get there through public transport.

You make a rly valid point on your edit. Even here education isn’t great but all, and I mean all of my teachers say I’m the best student they’ve had in a long time, not because of effort and whatever, purely because of how smart I am.

In fact, the IT technician, admittedly has had to ban me a few times but every time he has unbanned me soon after. At one point he asked me redesign the website. If you Google “Greenhill school website Pembrokeshire” you should see it.

Any experience these days is good experience. The job market in the UK is currently in tatters and I wouldn’t say no to any offer.

oliverwhite2711 I felt the same way growing up and tried to find the best location around the planet for my children. That’s one of the reasons, we just purchased a house in Oxford (schools, activities, globally thinking). I guess I secretly home my children will go to university there, but If I had to put money on it, it would likely be on the continent instead.

That’s also my wish, to work there, but it would be nice if I just represent the community of the country I live in, the Philippines, like what @Deepanshu_Saini_ is doing in India. I just prioritize my studies so I can finish school since I’m not eligible for being one yet and serve as the 33rd biggest fan.

oliverwhite2711 If you really want to be noticed, it’s not with a post that “booms” that it’s going to work. It’s rather by showing the extent of your skills and your capacity for work. Make a portfolio, create a project, something solid, to show what you’re worth, try to be original and show something unique. Prove your ability to do things. And then send it directly to Nothing.

Anonymous931 it was yes, but if you read my previous posts I. This thread, you’ll see that I’ve already said that’s it’s performance is absolutely terrible on mobile. Plus, I’ve got some ideas that I’m not gonna say for obvious reasons.
