Anonymous931 mohammedbaramy Show them a website saying that. People in stores, so sellers and staff, are usually the last ones to find out for stuff like this (promos and such), so give them some guidance, they will check and call whoever they need to call, and you’ll get a discount 🤞

Even though it’s an upgrade campaign, it’s extremely disappointing to see such a significant discount applied in such a short time. This is essentially a price cut. I think something should be done for the users who patiently waited and purchased it at full price.

dittualex On the website when i select UAE, it shows “This offer is being managed by Sharaf DG for this country/region.” However, when I reached out to Sharaf DG over chat, phone call and store , they have no idea baout this offer.
