What a GREAT offer - thank you Nothing for looking after your loyal users. My wife’s P1 battery is just starting to not quite hold it’s charge like it used to…. SOOOOO… I’ve used the offer and bought NP3! (she’s not bothered about the latest greatest specs etc. so she’s having my NP2 and I’ll have the NP3).

Yesterday I had visited Jarir Bookstore (Corniche Branch, Khobar) who manages this offer in Saudi Arabia as per Nothing Tech website. But it seems they are unaware of the offer and informed that they have not receive any communication from Nothing Tech.
Please advise what to do?

mohammedbaramy Show them a website saying that. People in stores, so sellers and staff, are usually the last ones to find out for stuff like this (promos and such), so give them some guidance, they will check and call whoever they need to call, and you’ll get a discount 🤞

Anonymous931 I showed them the Promo offer announced on Nothing Website, showed them the tweet on X as well as the tweet from Carl Pei but to no avail. . They checked their email after which they informed me that they have no communication from Nothing.

Phone (1) and Phone (2) Upgrade Offer is really sad. I am one of the first users in Türkiye. I was eagerly waiting for the new phone, but as far as I can see, you did not make this offer available in Türkiye. You should give more importance to the users in Türkiye.

RohitPakalapati It’s only been 20 days since NP3 launched in Japan. Even though it’s an upgrade campaign, it’s extremely disappointing to see such a significant discount applied in such a short time. This is essentially a price cut. I think something should be done for the users who patiently waited and purchased it at full price.

AbhinavRPresad Hey Abhinav, you don’t need to return your phone to get the offer. You can get a discount just by inputting your IMEI, but exchanging does give you extra off because of Flipkart’s Big Billion Day sales.

On the website when i select UAE, it shows “This offer is being managed by Sharaf DG for this country/region.” However, when I reached out to Sharaf DG over chat, phone call and store , they have no idea baout this offer.

RohitPakalapati guys, like for me i alr bought phone 3.weeks ago and i also have phone 2, so if i contact the support centre…am i able to claim the credit and redeem it on other Nothing products??? Can any admin or mods answer this question…im kinds clueless

This is kinda sad tho, i mean cmon man, i bought phone (3) like couple of weeks ago (literally 1 week after “Closed Beta” closed…

Man i want that credit and buy the upcoming ear(3) so bad, i still got my phone(2) and Phone(3) with me everyday and everywhere i go too….

Or is this just some misunderstanding from the customer service….man im confused…

The prices of phone (3) is different within the EU region (German site has lesser prices than other countries in EU) showing the difference as much as 100 EUR. What’s the point of such shady practices. Either have a uniform pricing across all the regions or give credits for purchasing future Nothing products.

nobody there is a uniform RRP (recommended retail price) across countries with the EUR. Mediamarkt is electing to receive less profit what they sell if at 699 EUR compared to a supplier in Italy that might be charging 749 EUR. I would expect that official nothing website will have the price at 799 in all countries (with a 250 EUR discount) that use the EUR, or am I mistaken?

If you are indeed correct and it’s on the official website, that is indeed shady.

The prices are for 256GB variant of Phone (3)..All of them sell in EUR
