Hi, That is my first Post here, so be gentile 🙂

I came to nothing from OnePlus I loved the flagship killers there and the community based approach but as they got more commercial and phones got out of control with the prices I wanted to switch and decided I try nothing because I felt that is now the new OnePlus.
But soon I discovered that I was too much into OnePlus features that some of them are still burned into my head, even though I have the nothing Phone 2a 1 year now.

One Feature I used a lot, lot was the sound slider and the double tap screen, I just double tap to wake and double take to sleep (turn off the screen). Which I am missing on the nothing OS. Can this be made possible. There are a lot of post about this but I am missing sleep while on lock screen.

It would be great to have a volume adjustment slider directly in the Quick Settings panel, similar to the brightness slider.
This would make it faster and easier to control media, call, or system volume without using physical buttons, which can also help extend the lifespan of the hardware keys.

It’s a small change, but it would make a big difference in daily usability. I hope the team considers adding it in a future update

My last phone had the ability to connect to two wifi networks simultaneously, one in each frequency band. I didn’t realize that this wasn’t a common feature, and I now find myself annoyed not to have it. It was particularly useful for my wireless Android Auto, since, if I was somewhere where there is a wifi network available in my car, like at home or at my office’s car park, it could connect to the internet wifi and the wireless Android Auto at the same time.

Is there any possibility that something like that could show up in a future update for Nothing OS?

We can have the Battery Saver turn on automatically when the battery gets low. Then there’s an option to have it turn back off automatically, but the only option there is “when the battery reaches 90%”. But also the Battery Health section suggests that you not charge it past 80%, and gives you the facility to prevent it from charging past 80%.

So I feel like a typical configuration gets you in a state where the battery dips below 15% or whatever, Battery Saver gets turned on automatically, and then it never turns off again.

Can we get some better options for automatically disabling Battery Saver?

If the developers are reading, I would like them to add a “glyph toy” that cycles through all the animations of the call ringtones and notifications so you can enjoy the show and have a little fun whenever you want! They are beautiful, but for example, I never receive calls, so I can’t see them! It would also be a good way to promote the phone when showing it to friends. Because the spinning bottle or rock, stones, scissors is not very exciting. But animation are very cool !

Leritus Xiaomi also has physical volume buttons, actually every phone has, but also almost every phone has that slider, just like Xiaomi here:

And yes, it’s easier and more convenient to use the slider instead of pressing buttons.
