Alex that's funny, there's people here who post and complain that 2-3% overnight is too much.
I usually use Bedtime mode from 23.00 to 05.00 which I think goes greyscale and stops all notifications. Mine was lower before but I have BT on all the time to capture my HR every minute and receive it from my watch.

Interestingly, I've been getting up at 04.30 and set my alarm for that time and it seems that my Bedtime mode has changed itself to compensate.
edit: I'm also selective about the apps I install. No FB, IG, SC, TT but I have WA and Messenger installed. I find those that I don't install are I optimised battery hogs and if I want to.use my accounts, I access them through browser. Having said that, I'm not a battery miser user and just use the phone regularly and often run Sky Sports for F1 and do a ton of streaming through it (YT, NOW, Disney, Netflix, Amazon, paramount) and I only let my children play games through it and I don't play any myself.
