I’m currently facing a slight battery drain issue. Battery health seems a bit affected after the update, especially during standby and normal usage. I’m hoping this is just an initial optimization issue and will be fixed in an upcoming patch.

Apart from the battery drain, everything else is great. The update feels refined, fast, and well-optimized overall. Really hoping Nothing releases a small follow-up update soon to address the battery issue, because otherwise Nothing OS 4.0 is a solid upgrade 👍

Ritikk try battery calibration.. I’m not experiencing any battery drain currently… last night i was scrolling Instagram for 1 hour 15 minutes and 11% battery was drained… that’s around 11 hours of straight use of Instagram… so in normal use it will give around 10 hours easily… which is same as nos3.2 for me..

I’m suggesting battery calibration because you didn’t have any other problem with nos4.

JP I’ll definitely try battery calibration and observe for a few days. Other than battery drain, I don’t have any major issues with NOS 4.0

I have cmf phone 1 I just updated to os4.0

Now when I open camera it feels different from before 2x zoom loose quality and it auto focus continuously 😭 and make some type of sound I am concerned about the camera

If anyone knows how to solve pls tell pls 🙏🏻

Since I installed 4.0 the battery is draining very quickly without using the phone the battery is getting drained

After the new OS 4.0 update. When Bedtime Mode is on, the Bedtime Icon doesn’t display in the Status Bar, it displays either DND or the LAST MODE which was used. And feedback doesn’t work in settings, tried reporting an issue and wasnt getting any data while trying to choose category.

Harsha_Hihi It’s not an issue because they have merged the DND mode and the bedtime mode in the same like the Wi-Fi and mobile data.

S.H.Jyoti I said it’s either DND icon or an icon from a mode used earlier. I started Bedtime Mode now and it is showing driving mode icon (previously used mode). So, it is an issue 🙂

Harsha_Hihi the bedtime icon doesn’t exist in the modes icons set so the device replaces it with the last used icon since it can’t find the “bedtime” icon on the set

So the next update the should put it I guess since this is so absurd

I have this issue in Phone (2) as well, seems to be an OS issue. It shows the Driving Mode icon, and if I disable Driving Mode entirely, then there is no icon, yet some space is taken up in the status bar.
