After the update the phone has overheating issue and the battery is draining very fast

I’ve not received the update yet but looking at what problems it’s causing it seems hardly worth it also the lack of new functions seems to be a let down, do phone one users not need better camera useability , better battery life ect… like other phone users?

When I change the wallpaper and color menu bar icons color remains same.
