I bought new Airtel sim it’s working 5G..and I swapped my jio sim to another phone in that 5G Working ..only nothing 2a facing issues

      In my testing of 1 month

      I have seen a constant issue of network

      Actually, phone losses it 5G network and somethings 4G too and goes to 0 Mbps and after restarting it goes to 5G again

      Also, while playing online games by using phone hotspot if show speed as 234 Mbps but the ping of GE is too high

      I live in Mumbai, India where 5G and 4G speed are brilliant

      Please check it and fix it through update

      Anyone facing internet issue suddenly on nothing phone 2a like ❗ this mark coming on 5g/4g symbol even I turnoff /turnon the data it doesn’t go,only after restarting the device it is working is anyone facing similar issue.

      I have the solution it’s simple goto network and select the jio sim and go apn setting if you go apn setting then select jiointernet and scroll down and select bearer unmark all setting only select unspecified and save the setting. Than after one time your phone goto aeroplane mode then now working 5G proper and solve

      Also, I have tried with Airtel there is the same issue

      After update still connection is weak and speed is also less

      Hi, I am Manoj from Mumbai, India want to inform you that I have bought Nothing Phone 2a on 29th May 2024 and since then I have started using it.

      But after few days of usage I am facing issue of disconnecting from internet automatically and when I turn on and off flight mode then it gets connected again.

      I am using Jio 5g network provider. I am unable to understand whether it is a problem of network provider or the device itself.

      So, please see to this problem and hope to get solved in future updates.
