SunnySharma_4jcssXTkVm I have purchased phone 2a in May and now facing touch screen issues in it. Some times the touch is not responsive, some times there are accidental touches, some times a particular area gets affected. After locking and unlocking the phone it resolves and works fine. But it’s a constant issue. And for clarification the phone was never dropped. Does anyone else facing this problem? Is there a update or solution for this?

Fractal SunnySharma_4jcssXTkVm Nobody ever just keeps it on, it is like a wrapper that you remove once you get the device out of box. It is applied to protect screen and prevent scratches that would happen when the boxes are sealed and transported from factory to reach the customer. You gotta buy a tempered glass or other protection once you take it out of the box.
SunnySharma_4jcssXTkVm Pre applied screen protector works well for a long duration. I have been using it in other phones, but it never became a problem. So I think the issue of non responsiveness of screen is due to some other reason.
