And now the day has finally arrived: you have pressed the “Place Order” button. If so, I hope this thread can be useful to you and to anyone who is thinking about doing the same anytime soon. Please share with the Community the process of ordering the product. After you do it, what’s the status of your order, when did you receive them. You know, how is this journey going for you? Here are a few starting points: * When did you order them? * When were they shipped? * When did you receive your order? * Was everything in perfect conditions? * Anything you want to add about your own experience. It can also be a place to report eventual problems one is experiencing with their order or to describe positive surprises you have encountered so far with the company. It’s your order and your experience to help everyone find an overall sense of the process. I hope that in the end, this place can help others while the genuine excitement is being passed around. Mostly it is on a fedex flight from Delhi to Kerala via Dubai. In any case, just raise it once with fedex what are you guys doing with my shipment

same here. I spoke to fedex, they said that is the transit they are choosing for logistical reasons. They mentioned it should land back in India in a few hours…

Got mine today, have the same views. If they fix the latency for the starting 10/15 sec in videos, then it will be awesome.

Congarts Harsh on receiving them. Any other issue you are facing? Is your unit also going blank for 1-2 seconds in between songs/videos?

Came across another minor bug…suddenly app showed 1% battery in Case…i was sure that the Case battery was atleast 80%. After charging it for 5 minutes or so checked Case battery again, then it showed 100%.

Yes, they go blank between video for ½ secs and then there is mismatch between the video and sound for around 10/15 secs and then it becomes normal. Have not faced the charging case issue yet

Yes exact this same issue with me. Even if you pause video then also latency increases for few seconds. Should be addressed in OTA

Did you receive any invoice in the package, as i didnt receive it. And is it ok to charge the case with the oneplus charger and cable?

RE: Charging, you should be fine to use any good quality charger/cable combo, devices have controllers to regulate the power draw. Just be aware you may not see the same advertised charge speeds and you won’t be making use of Warp/Dash charge since this is proprietory to OnePlus devices.

No invoice was there in the box…i think we should keep a screenshot of the order confirmation page. Ideally, Nothing should provide invoice for warranty purposes.

As of now, i am using Oneplus 65W charger & red cable. Cant keep separate charger/cable for earbuds, so will see how battery reacts in long term.

Dose your unit have a line on the 2small dots, which look like scratches? It is visible only at a certain angle. They are parallel to the space where the buds are kept

This was my primary concern after the launch. I hoped they’d have done something about it. Sad to see that it only took a day’s usage to get into this state. #scratchmagnet
