Bought NP2 12/512 GB variant from flipkart on 22nd Jan.
Within two weeks had to get it to the service center as the display stopped working and this seems a real issue as everyone has complained about it earlier and definitely not expected from the device for which we pay nearly 50k.
Now one month after the repair since 2 days started facing battery issues, first of all it doesn’t charge quickly. Takes really wrong and even after that once, I restart the device won’t turn on with a low battery sign flashing on it. After few hours it turns back on and drains really fast from 50% to 30% within 10mins.
Did a factory reset of the device, completed the setup and it prompted to restart the device to complete the updates of google play security and then the mobile didn’t start it again showed the low battery sign flashing and when I did a restart the battery was at 15%. Kept it aside for a few hours later tried turning it back on it started magically with a battery of 50% which drained within 15 mins to 10%.

I still have my 5yr old realme 3 pro bought for 13k that still works like a breeze and that is the one I can rely on till my last breath, but never felt this with NP2.
Like, seriously what even are these issues and the replies that the customer support gives are the same everytime.
I am fed up of travelling 100kms to the nearest service center every month to make my 50k phone barely work.
@Carl @Daniel @DeaBrunner have a look at this thread too this has been a major issue since really long, don’t know how but I guess its mostly the indian units that are facing display and battery issues. We expect at least a Plan of Action on this issue.
