Could you please try clearing your browser’s cache + cookies to see if it helps?

FilipJacobson Regarding the new update (that you posted here) I wanted to report some unexpected pausing of music playing on Spotify that I haven’t experienced before. So far, in the last hour or two, I’ve had at least 3 occasions sitting perfectly still in front of my computer doing some stuff where the sound was paused for no apparent reason while not doing anything on my phone (locked and the screen was black), not even any external force or touch involved that could have caused this.

Hey @Rudi just to add that I experienced a similar bug today (Version 1.1.0).

I went for a run this morning and had my music randomly pause a few times. I was able to start again by using touch controls to play, but not sure as to why it was pausing 🤔

Louis ☕️ I had this too to begin with, I’d advise turning off in-ear detection for running - that solved the issue for me.

Same happened to me and that’s the trick so far, switching off in-ear detection – which tells me maybe this is over-sensitive.
I’ll pass your feedback on Louis ☕️ but please let us know if it improves with @Rob ⚡️’s tip. 👍️

Rudi Ill let you know. Also apologies if already mention elsewhere, but is there the potential in any future updates to edit what the tap functionality can do.

For instance, Tap and Hold for me would be a good way to activate Google Assistant.

Hi everyone, sorry for the slow feedback after opening my ear(1) black on Christmas Day I didn’t get chance to play with them until the day after! My initial impression? OMG they are class. Sound is amazing and the noise cancellation works a treat. Love the app so easy to use. I can’t wait for my first run in these (won’t be for a week or so though as I felt like death yesterday morning and have tested positive for COVID, waiting for the PCR test to arrive today to get confirmation, luckily I already feel a bit better today). Great product I’m so so pleased!

As @Rob ⚡️ suggested earlier, turn off in ear detection when going for a run, this solved the random pause issues for me. I suspect the sensitivity just needs tweaking (or if we get the option to do it).

0.85 update and feedback. Some of which noted by other users already:

Over sensitive touch response.
Battery drain worse than 0.83
Unable to pick up phone calls. Need to first select a different audio source (e.g. your phone or phone speakers) and reselect ear 1 for it to connect.
Play back pauses when screen goes to sleep.

I have (2) and (3) against the AirPods Pro, AirPods 2nd and 3rd generations and Sony WF-1000XM4 to verify it is not the phone or the App (using audio source on device so I don’t get any network connection related problems) and only the ear 1 has these problems.

Finally I tend to get a quick response on the forum but the support response is painfully slow and incomplete. I don’t think they are reading the mails properly - and of course I acknowledge it’s Xmas time but even with that considered……

Some initial feedback:-

I’ll be using my ear(1)'s without my phone (when I go running I use a great little Spotify player called might vibe bemighty.com) and the tap and hold to change between noise cancellation/transparency/off would be better if it gave the letter in your ear for the mode you switch too e.g. N or T or O instead of different sounding beeps.

So I was using my ear(1) fine for a few hours then I got home to charge the case. Whilst charging, I wanted to take the buds out to use them etc then I had the below error occur

Basically my left ear was completely disconnected. I tried everything to fix this but what did help was a removal of the ear(1) from my device & app, and then it was good as new.

Not sure why this happened as both ears were at 100%, but definitely one to flag/look into for a future bug.
