I am not able to control any type of music from my watch pro 2,

I Tried every app Including Spotify & YouTube music

    I am also interested in how to get this feature working. I store all my music on SDCard/Music if that helps any. Also, I use Blackplayer as my MP3 player. I use Roam Bluetooth cans for headphones as I cannot get on with buds (weird ears with tiny twisty earholes). If CMF has an in-house MP3 player please let us know…

    Solved it with Blackplayer. Started it playing through the app then swiped to audio control widget on the watch and it had picked up what Blackplayer is playing. Simples.

    dsvarun Have you updated the CMF App to the latest, and ensured that your watch is connected? I am able to use my music player for Spotify, even when it is in offline mode.

      I’ve just updated the app and the firmware of the watch, reset both my phone and my watch and music control from the watch works perfectly with both Spotify and Musicolet (the music app I use for the music stored in my device)

      I just got the CMF by nothing watch pro 2 and connected it to my android phone. but when i play music on my phone the watch is not picking up that.what can i do to rectify that?

        As I mentioned in other discussion, my Watch Pro (2) didn’t connect via Bluetooth with my Z Fold (when I tried with Nothing Phone 1, it asked me if I want to pair also via BT after pairing over app). This enabled me with calls via Watch Pro (2). Maybe same apply for music playback? Check your Bluetooth settings on phone, if Watch Pro (2) is available for pairing.

        dsvarun It works on mine. You need to go into the phone app - > Click on your account on the bottom - > Permissions Management - > Notifications - > then click and go to notifications settings and select all the apps you would like to allow to send notifications.

        The watch mirrors notifications from your phone tray, so if it’s not allowed on your phone, it won’t be allowed on your watch.

        I can control music on Spotify by doing this and get notification updates from text, WhatsApp, Microsoft teams, phone, etc.
