Rudi With more and more activity, I think it could be useful to have a thread not just with what’s being worked on, but also with what will come next.
I know that right now there’s a lot of dust in the air and you’re still discovering the nooks and crannies of the platform and its members. However, once the dust starts to settle, think of it as a digital corner where the Community Members are updated and have something to look forward to.
Imagine that you have plans to gather a few members to create content, selecting Moderators or even to select the Community Board Member, among things that we cannot remember or predict now. For us to know there’s something coming, is for us to be even more engaged with every step of the present.
I am and will forever be an advocate for transparency and communication between companies and Communities. So far, you have shown time and time again those traits, but if you include all of us for the ride, that journey will be even more bonding; fans turned members of these forums and Staff Members turned fans.
Archive (bot) I completely agree with you about the “personalized” Latest Activity - if executed flawlessly. Like it was mentioned before, the notifications need a little bit of polishing, so perhaps that can be the next, iterative step.
But a solution, like you suggested, can transpire even more the sense of completion. Like it’s an entry crossed from a to-do list. I obviously don’t know about others’ behavior, but to me it is satisfying to know I’ve read everything that was new.
With more and more threads coming from more and more members, I think it can serve as an interactive organizer.
