Merged 1 post from Watch 2 pro paired with Phone 1 - issues with incoming calls.

VasanthRaghupathy Yeah, there should be a setting “Wake on notification” in the settings according to the official FAQ, but it’s not there… Hopefully it will come in an update very soon. For now I turned on raise to wake so that I can actually see the notifications.

ratheeshrlal same issue coming with me, everything is working except app notifications. I have turned on everything also reset and disconnect connect done but notifications not coming on watch

I also don’t receive call notification also i cant find the option to change step counts and these options are so bad i am wondering to go back to samsung fit 3

I am using Galaxy s24. The same issue on it. I get receive call notification and make a call with watch pro 2. BUT, I don’t receive any App notification on watch.

    Same issue, Zenfone 10.
Watch will vibrate to indicate a notification has been pushed, but does not display the message.
Oddly it has shown a notification, once, randomly, but nothing since.

Edit: I’ve noticed if I ‘raise wrist to wake’ after receiving a notification, I will see the message (briefly - depending on how soon I wake the watch). This doesn’t seem like the correct response, at least it is not how any other ‘smart’ watch I have used has gone about it (typically they will wake the watch to display the notification or display it on the always-on display for a set duration before returning to the watch face).

lv1mp This is the default behaviour. However, there should be an option to enable “Notification to wake”, but that option just simply isn’t there.

From the official FAQ (Watch Pro 2 – NOTHING):

How to use notification wake screen?

The notification wake screen on the watch is off by default. To enable it, follow these steps:
      1. Connect the watch with the CMF Watch app.
      2. Go to the watch’s settings page and scroll down.
      3. Open **Display & Brightness.
      4. Find **Notification to wake** and turn on the switch to enable this feature.
Once enabled, if the watch receives a notification while the screen is off, the screen will light up to alert you to check the notification immediately.
Please note that this feature can affect battery life, so it is recommended to disable it when not needed.

I’ve already contacted Nothing about this through the feedback function in the app, but have only gotten a generic message back telling me to reset the watch, re-pair, etc. I wrote back again of course, but haven’t gotten an answer to that yet.

        I found the solution: @ratheeshrlal

you have to go inside watch setting -> sounds -> toggle silent mode to off, assuming all the permissions are given to cmf watch app. Also check if DND mode is also turned off, Hope it Helped.

@ratheeshtr85 For that i think you might have to give notification access setting to cmf watch app, app -> watch menu -> notification -> check for permission there, if everything is given, then just restart the smart watch, that should solve the problem.

Finally I figured out the call notifications on my CMF Watch Pro 2 (IOS)

Make sure you have the latest version of the app from App store.

Open watch app > watch menu > CONTACTS and give all permissions and also CALL REMINDER for call logs.

Go to iphone settings > bluetooth > cmf watch pro 2 connection > press the icon ⓘ next to it

          then enable share system notifications.

Voila issue solved ( I tried in my IPHONE 11 and it worked). ⓘ

          Goodluck guys

Hi, im using nothing 2a mobile nd nothing watch pro 2. Everything is ok but iam unable to get the incoming calls notification in the above said watch. Sort this issue will be helpful.

I am experiencing this with my CMF Watch Pro2. Despite multiple attempts to troubleshoot the problem, I am unable to identify who is calling me on the watch. The caller ID does not display any information, making it difficult to determine the caller without checking my phone.

Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue? Any troubleshooting steps or updates that might help rectify this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your assistance in resolving this issue.

I am using the Phone Moto Edge 50 Pro. I checked with Google Phone app and True Phone app. For the both phone apps not working.

After enabling the Call Reminder, Now its working.
