After the previous update to include Watch 2, the total daily distance in miles or Kms was removed. What use is a tracking app without this information? I’ve had to use the only Watch Pro 1 face that shows this, but it doesn’t show battery percentage. Also with this update 3 new activity rings were added. Only the calories burnt one works. Since the 23/7/24, the app has stopped uploading the tracking activity from my watch. I have reported all of these issues several times, so when I saw there was a new update, I added it as soon as possible. Sadly not one of these issues have been fixed. What’s going on? Although I’ve received a few responses to my messages nobody seems to understand or be interested in helping. I must stress that this is only relating to CMF “support”, not the main Nothing support who I’ve always found really helpful. I can’t be the only person to have these issues so please CMF do something before people vote with their feet, literally and switch to a different brand.

    ShafiSmaili Sorry you have issues as well, sadly I’m sure there are many others as well. What frustrates me is the lack of response from CMF and what there is doesn’t seem to understand the issue in question. When I first made my complaints about the issues I mentioned, I had a reply thanking me for my suggestions. Do they not even read what is sent to them?

      MarkG13 I’ve emailed customer service. The reply looked like it was written by AI. I’m not convinced the issue was understood.

        ShafiSmaili Yes you are probably right about that, the language used isn’t quite right and there’s a distinct lack of understanding in our enquiries.

        Same here. I had 3 activities yesterday. Ony first one is sync to app. Moreover there’s no gps data in summary.
        Every issue is reported to CMF support.

        The outrageous thing is that the weather no longer syncs automatically but only by opening the app. Ridiculous.

          marcoabba1 Are you taking about the weather showing on the watch? I admit I haven’t noticed a weather part on the app myself. My watch does seem to sync with my Nothing Phone 1 though. But I hope you’ve reported your problem?

            MarkG13 I have the CMF Phone 1 and the Watch Pro 1 and the weather on the ’watch does not sync with the phone. This is also a fairly common problem here on the community and on Reddit. Of course I have all the app and phone permissions turned on and have already sent some feedback but so far nothing concrete. I hope CMF will fix it as soon as possible, unfortunately, as it is, the weather on the Watch is completely useless

              marcoabba1 Yes you are right, without all the issues we both and others have, it spoils our enjoyment of what is a very good watch in my thoughts. But my experience is tainted because of these faults, which CMF don’t seem to understand.

Now when I saw that the latest version of the app still didn’t fix the issues I have, I contacted CMF (again) to tell them the app was still faulty and again the issues I have. Today I received another response saying they will be in touch when they have identified the issues and suggested that I make sure I have the latest app version. I replied that I’ve identified the issues, I want them to identify the solution. 🤦

                  MarkG13 We hope that someone will listen to us and solve these annoying woes. It is not enough to create good products they must also make them work and support them in the long run
