Recently I have updated the latest firmware for my ear (a). After that left ear bud charges upto 90%. If I put the left earbud alone in the case it will charge upto 100%.

Another problem is left earbud draining very fast than right ear bud.

Is there any way to fix this?

    I also encountered this problem.

    After the update, the battery life of the left earphone has deteriorated sharply

    In my case, the earphone charges up to 75%, but completely discharges before turning off in ±10 minutes.

    I can say that I completely lost my left earphone.

    I’m going to apply under warranty with a suspicion of a defective battery or its controller

    Facing the same issue , my left earbuds battery is draining much quicker than the right earbud. It’s draining really fast and often dies faster than the right earbud. Started facing this problem after the latest firmware update.

    Down to 20% from 55% in just 5 mins. Only left earbuds. Facing this issue after recent firmware update.

    It’s unusable now.

    i have the same problem with my nothing ear 2024 since the last firmware update, it’s really irritating

    I also this same issue, that my left earbud drain way too fast while right earbud still have 90%

      Just adding another vote for please fixing this issue - I am facing the same problem - albeit it’s my right earbud that’s draining rapidly. Tried the factory reset etc.

      I just reconnect (turn the Bluetooth off and on again) and problem goes away. Weird,

        Is there any update coming to fix this issue?

        My left earbud with anc on just gives like 1hr battery

        Reconnecting Bluetooth is not working for me. I don’t know how long we have to wait for the fix.

        I have kept the earphones in my lockers, cause it’s unused for a pretty long time.

        The company now focuses on the new products they dont look in the older ones i guess

          The same thing happens to me, the left earpiece never reaches 100% and discharges much faster with the same time of use (synchronised with the Nothing Phone 2).

          This is serious, I hope they fix it soon, it is not normal that even with 6 months of use the product is like this, although it seems to be an update error or something, if not, it is not normal that there are so many reports

          This is same for me! 75% is the max on my left earbud and it runs out so fast, now im having connection issues if i ever try to only use my left one it glitches everything out and is very frustrating, can they maybe roll the update back or something?
