I have recently made an account and want to point out the exact same issue. I purchased this product somewhere back in July, post 3 month I faced this battery issue so got a replacement. Suprisingly, post 3 months, the exact same issue occurred so I got another replacement. Post 3 months (i.e. right now), both earbuds does not last longer than 1.5 / 1 hour. I have had it with the continuous replacements. There is no refund policy that the company has, so I am now being forced to initiate legal proceedings to claim a refund on these defective product that I have already replaced twice.
I asked the customer support offine as to why is this causing an issue, to my shock he stated “this should not happen” that means the company is itself unware as to what is the root cause and moreover, there were multiple people with the same exact issue present there.
It is a shame that the company is silent on this widespread issue that is being faced by almost every user, which says a lot about their poor manufacturing quality product. I urge everyone who is facing this issue to raise this issue (even if it has to be legally), this product has manufacturing defects which will not be resolved even after replcaments.
